Themes of Zhostovo painting are very diverse. Besides the traditional flowers there can be displayed other plants and animals, and even life scenes with people.

In the center of the tray "Capercaillie" a favorite bird of hunters is shown on a light background  in the frame of bright red rowan. The tray has a round shape with a gold fringing ornament.
